How to get started with a trial class

１．体験したいスタジオ＆クラスを予約：Book a trial class
クラスに関してご不明な点やご相談などございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。

下記の各スタジオのレッスンスケジュールより、ご希望のクラスを選び、ご予約フォームよりご予約ください。
ご予約はご希望クラスの【24時間前】まで承っております。
Select the yoga class you wish to attend from the lesson schedule of each studios below, and please book the lesson via web form.
Booking can be made up to 24 hours in advance of your desired class.

TOKYOYOGA青山│TOKYOYOGA AOYAMA
TOKYOYOGAのメインスタジオ。ヨガ専門のセレクトショップを兼ね備えたヨガのターミナルです。
料金：
・1回 4,180円
・ビギナー３（体験専用3回券/15日間有効） 5,500円
【体験レッスン特典】
※ヨガマットレンタル無料（通常300円）
※体験レッスン後3週間以内に、月会費に登録されますとTOKYOYOGAメンバーの入会金（10,000円）が無料となります。

・4,180yen/1 time
・5,500yen/3times (For only trial use/15 days)
＊Free mat rental
＊The Admission Fee (11,000yen) will be refunded if you purchase monthly pass within 3 weeks from the first class.

渋谷駅徒歩5分。アシュタンガヨガを日常的に楽しみたい方におすすめです。
料金：
・1回 3,300円
・ビギナー５（体験専用5回券/1ヶ月有効）

２．体験レッスン当日：At the trial lesson
クラス開始の15分前くらいにお越しいただき、受付ではじめて受講されることをお伝えください。受講前に書類のご記入とスタッフよりスクールの説明をさせていただきます。
Please come to the studio about 15 minutes before the class starts and tell the receptionist that you are taking a class for the first time. Please fill out an application form before class. We will give you an instructions about the use of studio.
ご用意いただきたいもの
動きやすい服装（Tシャツ、ジャージ、スパッツなどで構いません）
タオル
ヨガマット（体験レッスンの場合に限りレンタル無料）
*トライアル料金：参加料金
*ヨガは裸足で行いますのでシューズは不要です。
What you need to bring:
Yoga clothing
Towel
Yoga mat (free rental only for trial lessons)
*We accept CASH ONLY.
*Shoes are not necessary as yoga is practiced barefoot.
キャンセル：Cancellation
体験レッスンをご予約後、受講日にご都合が悪くなった場合には、メール（shop@tokyo-yoga.com）でご連絡ください。
日程変更も可能です。
