TOKYOYOGA is one of the most famous yoga studios in Tokyo, Japan. The studios are located in the Shibuya area of central Tokyo.

Practice SHIBUYA is located a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station and is a studio specializing in Ashtanga yoga. You can practice from early morning until 8pm to suit your lifestyle.

【ticket & trial members】
Please book and check in from your account page. You can book right before the class you want to take at the studio.

Please arrive 15 minutes before each class starts, except the mysore classes.
Note that the studio opens 30 minutes before the lesson starts.
